If you don’t do this as part of your growth strategy, what’s the alternative? Change isn’t coming, it’s here. If you’re on a retainer now, you will know that you pay the same each month regardless of whether there are busier or quieter periods, and your retainer usually excludes essential services that you have to pay additional fees for. We’re changing that…here’s why We recognise the pressure to grow in a challenging market, especially as your customers continue to recover from ongoing economic impacts and the knock on effect to consumer spending. Of course you need PR and marketing but with finite budgets, every pound must be aligned to essential activities and results.       <image:caption>Monthly admin fee of £360.00 This fee ensures your company is present across our systems and resource platforms, such as PR databases and social media publishing platforms. It also covers invoicing, reporting and general admin on your account. This is payable monthly in advance with a 1-month termination period. For example, if we start on April 1st you receive an invoice on 24 March with a 7-day payment term. This recurs each month until you terminate with one month’s notice e.g. terminate on 20 June and your admin invoice will be issued on 24 June for the period 1-31 July. After that you’ll receive no further admin invoices, but the door is always open to restart again. Stay in control by setting your own budget ceiling Based on your prevailing financial circumstances you set a budget ceiling, which can remain in place until we’re advised otherwise, or you can change it periodically. If, for example, you set a ceiling of £500, £1,500 or £3,000 etc. for April, all activities are timed and charged at our hourly rate. When we’re at 80% of the budget you’ll be advised and you can defer activities into the next month, pause when we reach 100% of your monthly budget, or increase the ceiling according to your requirements in that month. If your ceiling is not reached, let’s say we use £800 of the month’s budget, that’s all you get invoiced for in addition to the admin fee. The remaining ceiling does not roll over to the next month, we simply look at the next month and reset your ceiling based on your needs at that time. How we account for the use of your budget All activity on your account is recorded on our TMS (Time Management System) to the second. All services are included whether it’s a press release, advert design, copywriting or social media activity etc…so our services adapt to your needs at the time. This includes strategy work, virtual meetings and any working activity on your account. Depending on an emerging requirement, we can estimate how much time this will take and make a judgement on how that may affect the budget ceiling in that month, either up or down. Agency rates are £90 per hour / £720 per day. Every month you’ll be sent an online activity report with the results and outcomes achieved, along with a Timed Report from our TMS to show you how this month’s budget was invested. Downtime is not recorded, so only active working time comes from your budget.</image:caption>
